I've owned my coins since it was called HTML5 so have come a long way with it.
I want it to be successful. I've been staking for over 6 years. Great, I'm earning a couple of thousand coins a day. 5000 today so far but 5000 x virtually zero and you end up with virtually zero.
This one.
No updates.
Website not updated over 3 years
X/Twitter silent over 3 years.
Been Hodling for 9 years and staking for 6 years. My coins are worth a grand total of $0.51
Any update on the state of things would be highly appreciated @HTMLCOIN_OFFICIAL thanks in advance

1. Micro-Tipping and Web3 Content Monetization High gas fees on networks like Ethereum make micro-transactions impossible. Because HTMLCoin fees are fractions of a cent, it is an ideal currency for decentralized social media platforms, streaming services, or blogging forums. Users could "stream" fractions of an HTMLCoin per minute to a content creator as they watch a video or read an article, completely bypassing traditional payment processors.
2. Academic and Professional Credentialing Building on Althash’s existing focus on record-keeping (such as the MyOffspring dApp for birth certificates), the network could be used to issue academic diplomas, professional licenses, or training certificates. Institutions can mint these credentials as HRC721 NFTs. They would be immutable, instantly verifiable by employers, and practically free for the issuing institution to mint.
3. High-Volume Casual GameFi Blockchain gaming often suffers when players have to pay dollars in gas fees just to move an item or claim a reward. Developers could build casual web or mobile games on Althash where every in-game action, loot drop, or character skin is an on-chain transaction or NFT. The low overhead ensures that players can trade 50-cent in-game items without losing their profit to network fees.
4. Supply Chain Provenance for Small-to-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) While massive corporations use proprietary blockchains, small businesses (like local organic farmers, coffee roasters, or boutique clothing brands) often lack a cheap way to verify their supply chain. An application on Althash could allow SMEs to log each step of their production process on the blockchain. Consumers could scan a QR code to see the immutable journey of their product, secured by the network.
5. Seamless dApp Migration / "Lite" Versions of Ethereum Projects For Ethereum developers struggling with user retention due to network costs, HTMLCoin represents an easy migration path. Because Althash uses the EVM, developers can copy their smart contracts directly over to HTMLCoin to create "Lite" or accessible versions of their DeFi protocols, DAOs, or token ecosystems for users who have been priced out of the Ethereum mainnet.
6. Decentralized Healthcare Data Management The platform is already leaning into healthcare via its "Althash Health" initiatives. HTMLCoin could be used as the utility token to run smart contracts that govern patient data access. Patients could hold their encrypted medical records on the blockchain and grant temporary access to doctors or specialists by signing a near-feeless smart contract transaction, ensuring data privacy and interoperability between different hospitals.
Am open for ideas but it need to be something plausible to advance

If something is dead it doesn't matter if it was a lion or a mouse.
I notice you only appear to defend the corpse when someone says something negative . Where are the positives? Where are the projects? Where is the marketing? Where are the website and roadmap updates?
I

Placing HTML as money nowadays is a sueable legal issue as it wasnt rolled out by a Central Bank nor a legal Gouvernement. Keyword Security.
But what we already successfully do for a good while (many years) is to perceive it as a valuable Ressource, Platform and Infrastructure - as a Utility Blockchain, which i already mentioned a few times i guess.
All in these means legal entities can roll out stable coins, digital representations of value or properties etcpp. where HTML serves as gas enabling and securing these implementations.
We do have a good number of start-ups educated and founded upon their final capstone project proposals of Basic Blockchain Studies by Althash University.
Many more good Utility projects founded DAO's already, addressing local or translocal issues of ie farming, securing assets or fundings improving proper and effective cooperations.

Its long already but lets not forget to drop a word about online betting. Its simply illegal in many states, esp europe if not done under very strict national compliance rules which even differ from nation to nation in the EU not mentioning a world wide implementation as it naturally will be then. Esp HTML would face severe limitations not worth the effort and seriously bad for a general usecase. I am not a lawyer fit in multi national nor global rules so am just guessing it might be possible for a specialized token, pretty possible for specific online games not focussed on value betting but to represent game items, game efforts, successes or just special avatars which will not become an issue, esp not a complex legal one
Imo expanding html for impoverished areas. Learn courses for free not directly related to crypto but other things that ppl in impoverished areas can use as money.
On the same platform then offer the services of those ppl to others abroad. Use html as a payment system.
Set up areas in impoverished areas to trade html for their currency. Eventually work with merchants so they accept html, the benefit is that since their currencies might be losing value but html would not
This requires some govt funding to allow the project to take off and offer these services.
Merchant utility
A straightforward use is a closed-loop merchant rewards system where businesses accept HTMLCOIN for payment and issue HRC20 loyalty tokens redeemable for discounts, memberships, or digital perks. This fits the project’s stated payment purpose while also creating extra demand through gas fees, token issuance, and wallet activity.
Campus micro-payments
A strong niche idea is a campus or community wallet for low-value transfers such as club fees, event tickets, canteen credits, hackathon prizes, or peer-to-peer settlements. Because the chain is pitched as low-cost and fast, HTMLCOIN could work better in small recurring transfers than in “store of value” narratives where network effects matter more.
Token launch platform
Since HTMLCOIN explicitly promotes HRC20 and HRC721 support, one of the best ecosystem plays would be a lightweight no-code launchpad for community tokens, creator passes, alumni badges, digital certificates, and local project fundraising tokens. A launchpad would make HTMLCOIN useful both as gas and as the base asset required for deploying and interacting with these contracts.
NFT plus proof systems
The HRC721 support suggests opportunities beyond collectible NFTs, especially certificate NFTs for education, workshops, conference attendance, internships, and proof-of-participation credentials. That use case is more credible than generic art NFTs because it solves a practical verification problem and can be tied to wallet adoption, token-gated access, and on-chain reputation.
Staking-centered products
Because the FAQ explicitly mentions staking rewards, a simple but useful product would be a staking dashboard, pooled staking interface, or “earn and learn” onboarding app that helps users hold, stake, and track rewards. This would convert passive holders into active participants and give the asset a utility narrative tied to network security and retention rather than only trading.
Many courses at althash can be bought with htmlcoin or mix of fiat and htmlcoin. Like 10$ for a course can be bought with 100000 htmlcoin or 5$ + 40000 htmlcoin (discount if bought with htmlcoin)

To list on an exchange plausible to not die within the next 12 months the team would need to invest at least half a million. Then basically airdropping a mentionable number of HTML will simply let the price go down, many of those holding will panic and dump the rest and volume will drop into none a bit later. A complicated way to waste half a million $ and not even a funny one - my 2¢
