Logging in via your account will only show the private endpoints, public are on our website, e.g. https://onfinality.io/networks/aleph-zero

On this page https://onfinality.io/networks filter by "API Service" and then click into each network to see their endpoints

Could you please let me know why 1 block time is over than the target time?
For ex, commune network 1 block time target is 8 seconds.
But it takes over 10 or 25s to process one block
