Could you please let me know why 1 block time is over than the target time?
For ex, commune network 1 block time target is 8 seconds.
But it takes over 10 or 25s to process one block

On this page https://onfinality.io/networks filter by "API Service" and then click into each network to see their endpoints

The Commune AI network is undergoing an upgrade right now which is causing some syncing issues on the nodes. We are working with their team to resolve it, but at the moment there might be unusual behaviour
