I always wonder why death cases among immigrants mostly happen in Russia and Kazakhstan but almost never happen in the USA, South Korea and the United Arab Emirates.
So think twice when planning to go abroad to study or work.
Answer 🔑:
The difference between 'device' and 'devise' is very simple.
'Device' is any equipment you may find at home or office. For example, your mobile phone is one device. If you have a video camera, it is also a device.
'Devise' with S is a verb and it simply means to 'create, design or invent'.
For example, if you want to open and run a successful business, you must devise an action plan. If you want to study abroad, you must devise a plan.

The correct answer is (B). This is of the second part of the sentence which says "...if it had ...". The verb "had" in the past makes the situation imaginary and therefore we should use "would be" instead of "will be".
For example:
- I would travel the world if I had a lot money.
- I would help you if I had enough free time.
- I would tell you the answer if I had the answer.
Using "will" in any of above sentences would be wrong.

You may often hear people who say that people with university diplomas are poorer than those who have no education at all.
It is true. There are a lot of people with university diplomas and they just don't know what to do these days.
Well, if you don't want to be in such situation, learn the difference between 'formal education' and 'self-education'.
Formal education at universities even in most European and American universities are outdated.
They mostly equip you with knowledge that is only actual at that time.
If you do self-education, you will gain knowledge which is actual these days and perhaps knowledge that will be actual in the future.
It is also important to develop critical, analytical, creative thinking and ability to foresee the future based on trends.
Unfortunately, most educational establishments only equip students with knowledge, knowledge and knowledge. As a result, students become like computers who know too many useful things. Such specialists were in high demand in 20th century where many things required human participation.
In 21st century, such people will no longer be in high demand as many spheres of personal and professional life will be automated.
So you either choose 'formal education' in which you work and learn ONLY when your teachers give you homework. Or you will start doing 'self-education' and develop yourself 24/7 and dive into the world of creative people who are always and always improving themselves. Choice is yours! 😊
