Did some Elastrator play already.
A few things I'd recommend:
Make sure to put a piece of cord around the Elastrator Rubber Band and make a knot, so you can grab it and lift the band away from skin. Makes it easy more easy to cut it off. I wouldn't do it without that.
You can also use a piece of an old bicycle tube and put that around your balls before adding the Elastrator band. This way the elastrator doesn't cut into the skin to deep. Might help to let the band on longer on your balls.
