👋 Super OETH on Morpho: Our first Borrow Booster market on Morpho saw continued growth through its first full week in production. Borrow Booster uses Super OETH yield to subsidize borrow APRs, offering cost effective USDC loans against Super OETH. The current USDC borrow rate on the market is negative 10.4% – effectively paying borrowers to take USDC loans.

Firstly, yes—you can unstake before your lockup ends, but doing so comes with a penalty. The closer you are to the lockup’s expiration, the smaller that penalty becomes.

Secondly, the APY is calculated on an annual basis. While you can think of it as being spread across 12 months, keep in mind that staking APY is variable. It fluctuates based on protocol revenue and buybacks.

So in short higher protocol revenue = more buybacks = higher APY.

Yes, you can unstake at any time. There is a penalty that depends on how long you’ve been staked — the shorter the period, the smaller the penalty. Rewards are distributed instantly and continue as long as your tokens remain staked.
