So what I’m hearing from Ross employees is that it seems like they started the big markdowns this week, and they’re spreading it out to the 23rd of Jan, Ross did it this way because of all the issues they’ve dealt with in the past years (people hovering employees, fights, etc) so this can either be a lie or it’s the truth.
