Imo all protocol owned assets should be summed up as part of the communty pool, LPs included.
Not sure of how much of work it is, and how much of the LP is worth itself... but protocol owned liqudity might be one of key componants down the road

if there is a proposal setting something like this up, typically the position will be owned/controlled by a dao or something. you could look up the user_positions for that dao wallet

Is there a way to find out, how much of the LP is provided by Osmosis (communty pool/funds/coin swap and LP agreement/whatever).
Is that even in any means acvivly managed, or only sporadicaly via governance proposals

If Osmo keeps pumping was above range1, fine the LP1 osmo/Atom is diversified into atom and inactive till further notice.

We can set up LP2...if keeps pumping LP3...and if osmo would just keeps pumping above so we need to consider to stop, its an issue we would have to deal then and find solutions to it

We should set up i.e. one "initial zone of resistance", for 3 main trading pairs/liqudity gravity points
1. BTC
2. Atom
3. ETH

One way to do it:
Wenever Osmo has a above set ratio to Atom, or BTC, or ETH,
1.a small preset ammount of Osmo is sold out fund setup by and owned by the communty pool, for either BTC, Atom or ETH.
2. Its pooled 50/50 with Osmo owned by same communty fund, as concentraded liqudity for some range of i.e +/-30%, at point of creation of the LP position.
3. In case of Osmo price decline below range LP is used as price cushon and buy back mechanism.
Besides the fees for LP, it will also have made a net profit in Osmo, even though it would have suffered a permanent loss compared to a 50/50 hold.
