Well, we're at about 2.8% real yield right now on staking APR, so emissions there may be less needed, but might need other tweaks and don't want to drop them too quickly. There are a few revenue sources that can be fed in here if needed too.
Similarly, pool incentives that do get emitted are mostly going to OSMO/USDC to offset inflation for LPs right now which is less needed with lower inflation. Most of the pool incentives are redirected to the community pool which we haven't touched the OSMO holdings of in a long time so that needs retuning too.

It is. We're at the point where inflation has mostly done the distribution process now. We're almost certainly going to propose further changes to the tokenomics after the thirdening has happened and the impact has been seen.
