I read somewhere long back that fear is like a bonfire.

Controlled, it can keep you warm and alive.

But out of control?

And the fear of growing up is exactly like that.

When people fear growing up, it usually leads to two paths.

One:

They get consumed by the fear.

They become party addicts, drug addicts, escapists—

Going out every other day, losing themselves in the moment—
Because deep down, they’re afraid:

Two:

They use that fear intelligently.

They understand that there’s a beautiful side to growing up.
That fear can become fuel.

Because when you grow up—

You’ve seen my rizz breakdowns, thought I’ll shake it up with a different kind of breakdown— The WHAT NOT TO DO type:

Although the scene ends with them having dinner, in this case I will add a NOTE:

Frank could have said the PERFECT line to ask her out but she would have still refused because it’s under a LOW VALUE CONTEXT. By that point she was so turned off by him that her ears became DEAF to his antics.
