Hello MR!

Just wanted to say thank you!
I've been trough a lot of shit over the last years. Most of it was my own fault.
I didn't know what to do with my life, i had no Plans for my future, no friends, no nothing.
Then i stumbled over you on Twitter.

I don't know why, but something in me has changed...i knew something HAS to change!

Over the past 3 Years i startet kickboxing, running, rock-climbing, hiking, hitting the gym, got a humble and beautiful girlfriend, and just doing great in life!

This year i aleready ran my first Half-Marathon and participated in a Spartan-BEAST-Race!
Next Week i will run my first Marathon, and in 2 Months i will do a Spartan-Trifecta-Weekend!

It's not about the Medal for me, its not about winning a race...it's about who you become while doing things, that others won't do!

It’s a great idea to run your current thoughts by with your close ones, maybe even a mentor

You will find that your ideas become clearer when you articulate them vs if they are just kept inside.

Journaling is an excellent way to did this too.

I’ve found a lot of my “epiphanies” turn into solid beliefs after I wrote everything I was feeling down on paper using pen.

It really is a lost skill, the handwritten word.

In this age of tech and mobile phones, everyone is a thumb champ but can’t even use their hand to write down on paper.

I’ve just thought of this as I was typing (ironic) but maybe your ideas are clearer when you type them by hand because it uses more movement, more muscles.

Perhaps that’s why you retain more information. And that’s why I encourage everyone to write down notes from SB using hand. It’s about internalizing charming misogyny, not about memorizing some quick lines.

An experience. What the other side looks like.
Went to hang out with the boys on a Friday night at a pub (Aussie place to drink, play poker, bingo mostly oldies) was having a great time when one of the mates had a group of friends join us for a couple. There was a girl and two guys, her boyfriend and a guy. Was having a decent chat with the people when the girl came beside me and started blabbering nonsense like they do when drunk. It was going great untill she started talking about her boyfriend standing across from her. Now, she just met me, but she started describing her boyfriend as a great father. And her exact words were He is the one night stand that refused to leave. Now, the kids are not his but he’s raising them and i could feel the desperation and depression on the guy’s face. He was miserable. She talked shit about him all night. I left cuz this goes completely against every grain of my being. Hit me in the core.
