From personal experience, if ETH outperforms BTC in a period, this is not a real bullrun.
A real bullrun starts when BTC outperforms ETH. In Jan, we saw ETH is weaker than BTC.
this is a sign that Blue zone is consolidation for next upside level.

in general I think Feb will be the complicated month, no matter 25bps, 50bps with FED.

what already happened is: BTC reached the target of Double tops (64k - 31k- 15k) at weekly frame.
What is happening now: Facing MA200 at 25k weekly.
What might be in plan: Reject MA200 weekly at 25k, pull back to print a iH&S pattern then continue to 30k.
