The 12 step WA (Worm Anonymous) program:
1. We admitted we had worms โ that our lives had become unmanageable.
2. Never stopped believing that God's plants could restore us to sanity.
3. Made a decision to turn our lives over to the care of God's remedies as we understood them.
4. Made a fearless searching of God's protocols.

6. Were entirely ready to have God remove all these worms.
7. Asked Him to remove our worms.
8. Made a list of all the worms that harmed us, and became willing to exterminate them all.

10. Continue to take personal inventory of the worms that wronged us.
11. Sought through prayer and medication to improve our contact with God, praying for the complete eradication of worms.
