even, you don't have a provisional infrastructure and even cpu and usages increases whiteout knowing the core reasons of this is really suck.... the only option u get is by upscalling, and even most of cloud support they knew nothing and have no clue if u incounter an issue in the vm or server ur running ur database on

use task scheduler then on windows, or you can install PGAGENT on postgres database and automate this by having steps include on the job itself. Either of the these options should work fine
