If you are in a hurry it's possible to get a snapshot from the development distros. It is not recommended because it has not been tested. https://wiki.postgresql.org/wiki/Apt/FAQ#Development_snapshots

You may need to adjust the apt repo priority (or force-install a specific date tag that is listed in about and then mark it as held).

I did this for the replication OOM issue because it totally broke our repo chain.

Id recommend learning different record data types first. And familiarise you’re self with the basic terms; schema, row, column.

Then look at psql cli, and find config file in /etc/postgres/<child> dir.

After that I’d recommend learning foreign-keys relationships ^-^ should give you good grasp!

Anyways the internet is you’re best-friend just search what I mentioned.
