I am not a “fan” of True the Vote or in any way involved with that organization, but I am a huge fan of the rule of law.
I am definitely a huge fan of this rule of law affirmed by Federal District Judge Steven Jones, “that citizens have the right to lawfully petition their government in support of election integrity without fear of persecution or prosecution.”

Lawsuits for defamation are very, very serious. If you are being sued, the first thing you need to worry about is finding a defamation attorney. Finding a good one is hard (trust me, I've been through it), but paying them is harder. Defamation suits take up a LOT of time. Your attorney will charge by the hour. In a blink, you will see 40-60 billable hours just to respond to the initial complaint. Let's say you get lucky, and find a defamation attorney that will charge you only $350/hour (most are charing $500+, in addition to a large up-front retainer), at $350 per hour, your first RESPONSE to the complaint filed against you would cost $14,000-21,000. And again, this is JUST to respond to the person suing you (in this case, me). The true cost of the lawsuit will play out over the next 2-3 years, depending on if the suit goes to trial. Trials (in front of a jury) are very expensive, because expert witnesses, cost to travel/attend trial, digital experts, etc, all add up very quickly. The discovery process is about a year long, sometimes more. Depositions take time, and again, cost a lot of money.
I encourage all of my fellow podcasters/truthers to further educate themselves in terms of Defamation, Libel, and Slander. I am perfectly educated in this arena. I know the law inside and out. You can pretend that you're a tough guy on the internet all you want by defaming me, and get your 15 minutes of fame. But I have the resources, knowledge, and expertise to put your ass in a court room.
I may lose these short-term battles for popularity. I may lose some subscribers in the short term. But here's a fact that no one will be able to argue: I will be the last one standing. You will be scrubbed off the internet, and forever forgotten. I will remain. You will be broke, with legal/financial judgements following you around for the rest of your life.
The question you should ask yourself: "Will he be coming after me next for something I said?".
You have been put on notice. Take the advice or dont. Either way, I'll do what I need to protect my reputation, and show people the TRUTH.
Also, don’t take my word for it. I’m not an attorney. Go ahead and call one. I’m willing to bet $100,000 against your $1000 that if given the property context, a defamation attorney would tell nearly exactly what I suggested above.
