Facts:
A default judgement against Alvear would have been a LOSS for me. Why?
1.) Without discovery into Nick's wealth (which includes: Good Lion TV, Arii Products, Rumble, and other sources), my judgement would have been far, FAR less than what it's going to be from a jury;
2.) Discovery is going to be an absolute nightmare for Alvear, Alpa, Scriptkeeper, and Dr. Z;
3.) The legal fees that Alvear is going to have to pay his own attorneys are going to reach $100,000 within the next 6 months, if not much more;
4.) Alvear is going to have to not only pay for HIS legal fees, but for mine as well, once he loses the jury trial. This is in ADDITION to the punitive damages that a jury is going to award.
Why did I appear to be excited when the extension was granted?
Because now Nick has to actually face the firing squad, and answer for his defamation.

I’m watching “Testament: The Story of Moses” on Netflix.
As many of you know, I’m a recent follower of the Bible and of God. I’m ashamed to say that, but it’s true.
I encourage everyone to watch this series.
God was a badass back then.
We need much more of this bad-ass-etry nowadays.
Why won’t He do it?
He’s literally killed the first-born children of the Egyptian families just to free the Hebrew’s, and to spite the Pharaoh of Egypt.
Nowadays, our children are being raped and tortured.
A strong argument can be made that our current time is much worse than the time of Moses, and the period of Exodus.
Why won’t He act?

Jonah preached a message of repentance to Ninevah for 40 days.
On day 41, God stopped His plan to destroy them.
Jesus fasted and was tempted for 40 days.
Day 41, and the devil fled.
After His resurrection, Jesus appeared to His disciples for 40 days.
On day 41, He ascended into Heaven.
All this to say...don't quit. The rain will stop, the giant will fall, and you will enter your "promised land." Don't give up at 40.

This is what makes it all worth it. Today a member of our audience found us after thinking we had retired after ceasing to associate with Brokeback Lion. Keep in mind: This is the same guy who told everyone that "Phil won't sue me because he knows he's guilty" and "Any judge will dismiss this lawsuit before it even gets to discovery" and "I'm a millionaire so I can afford the lawsuit and prove Phil's guilt".
He's now saying "Phil's attorney's are bad and mine are sensational". Actually, both of Nick's attorneys have only been licensed since 2014 (the other in 2018). He claims they were somehow "involved" in my 2008 arrest/ordeal, when in fact, they weren't even in law school at that time.
They are young and very inexperienced. They actually just had a trial against Kolman Law sometime recently, and they made a HUGE procedural error which cost their client dearly.
Regardless of Nick's defense attorneys, their age, or their experience, Nick is going to see first hand the cost of litigation, as well as the ramifications of being a non-law-abiding journalist.
I know I'm excited for litigation.. I would say Phil is too... Nick seems to have seen the legal limits of what he could say online, walked right up to that line, then shot himself with Wiley Coyote style cannon several miles past the line while screaming "bet you won't sue me"...
It's almost like someone told him to make the most indefensible slanderous statement he could think of...
How do you defend "Phil and Keri don't have custody of their kids (they both have joint custody) because Phil would fuck them" in court... the dude might as well been default.. same outcome gonna happen either way.
