The vectorizing part probably isn’t that hard. The inscribing part still has a steep learning curve as it’s so early. Need to be running a full node and some other software

Phockheads could be easily vectorized as SVG files and turned into Ordinal inscriptions. They wouldn’t suffer the same compression issues as jpegs and would be very cheap as SVGs are tiny.
