My target look and used devices will be different from yours, so sharing my settings will not make sense.
You have to play with the settings under different conditions.
Start with playing with contrast curves (long press the settings icon) and if you own a device with Snapdragon try ADGC (long press the Fn1 button).
Also play with sharpness and saturation in the SoC sub-menu. Depending on device and sensor use noise and edge processing.
Everything applies to single shot and video. For multiframe/stacking I have no advice.
I'm yet not in the mood to create a full featured manual.

Omg, raw video dng no longer giving cut off purple picture. I forgot to mention when in raw video, I press record, frame counter goes up, preview does not update, is that how it normally works or device performance issue? 16:9 photo mode still giving black dng. Other than every now and then the app crashes and needed restarting I expected it that, great update 👍
