💡STRATEGY UPDATE 💡
Many of our Photon Pro members said they are able to successfully anticipate the correct market direction (using our systematic structure framework) and the turning points to play that market direction (POI selection + liquidity) with a high degree of accuracy 🎯
But they were struggling with not being able to fully capitalise on these moves frequently enough due to 'no tags' on the entry models when they set up and/or missing the winners for various reasons (job/psychology etc).
Backtest results and live results are completely different things.
A strategy may be profitable in a backtest where you can execute every valid trade 👍
But if the trade frequency is relatively low, then when you inevitably miss a live trade, this can significantly affect your net monthly performance. 👎
This in turn acts as a catalyst for psychological errors, such as FOMO, which compounds the issue further.... 😫
