Anthony Blinken said that about 8,000 North Korean troops were transferred to Kurshchyna.

They write that confidential talks are being held to discuss possible concessions, including mutual deterrence from attacks on energy infrastructure, prisoner exchange, the return of Ukrainian children and a grain deal. RIA Novosti showed an American who allegedly transmitted coordinates of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to the Russian Federation for two years while in Ukraine
Russian security forces allegedly removed American Daniel Martindale from Ukrainian territory, who had been helping the Russian Armed Forces since 2022, the Kremlin agency RIA Novosti reported.
According to the agency, Martindale was on Ukrainian territory since February 11, 2022, and transmitted coordinates of Ukrainian military facilities to Russia.
His information was allegedly used more than once to destroy equipment and personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and the "DPR Defense Headquarters" stated that his data played a key role in preparing the assault on the village of Bogoyavlenka.
