Sorry for posting this terrible picture from Poltava. (Taken from Ukrainian channel). But there you may spot at least two of the bodies in military uniform. So it is a high chance that the facility was indeed a military training centre. Still can’t state it 100% but now I tend to that version more. Will wait for more evidence from the place.
