The Turkish Foreign Ministry has spoken out in favor of preserving the territorial integrity of Ukraine
In an interview with the Turkish newspaper Hurriyet, the country's Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan commented on the possible outcome of the Russian-Ukrainian war.
"We have special relations with both sides [of the conflict]. We do not hesitate to listen to both sides. However, a friend's job is to tell the bitter truth. This is what we are doing. A fair end to the war presupposes Ukraine preserving its territorial integrity," the official said.
According to him, Turkey senses the fatigue of both sides of the conflict, which could lead to its unexpected development in 2025.
