Following the lifting of the US ban on the use of ATACMS missiles on Russian territory, Europe will most likely follow suit, allowing the use of its Storm Shadow missiles.
This is what happened with the lifting of the ban by the Americans on strikes with HIMARS installations in the Russian border area, after which a whole cascade of similar permissions followed from various European countries regarding the weapons they transferred.
The outgoing Biden administration postponed this serious step under all sorts of pretexts until the very end.
