Bild: Russia withdraws troops from Syria
The Kremlin is preparing for a complete evacuation of its Syrian bases, Bild reports, citing German military analysts.
The new Syrian authorities after the fall of Bashar al-Assad's regime probably provided security guarantees only for the withdrawal of Russian troops, and there was no talk of their further deployment.
