The Ukrainian side claims that the strike on the Rostov region attacked a plant that produces rocket fuel
According to the head of the National Security and Defense Council Center of Personal Data
Andrey Kovalenko, the strike hit the Kamensky plant, which "is engaged in the production of rocket fuel (specializes in the manufacture of solid fuel components for rocket engines, in particular for multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS) and intercontinental ballistic missiles on solid fuel)".
Also, according to him, explosives and components for ammunition are manufactured at the plant.
