Donald Trump Threatens to Return Panama Canal to US Ownership
The US President-elect was outraged that Panama was charging Washington "exorbitant fees" for using the canal. "The fees Panama is charging are ridiculous, especially given the extreme generosity of the US. <…> If the moral and legal principles that accompanied the magnanimous gesture of handing over the canal to Panama are not respected, then the Panama Canal will return to us, in full and without question," he wrote on the Truth Social social network. He also noted that the canal is the most important strategic asset of the US and is of great importance to the country's economy and naval forces.
Earlier, Trump threatened that Canada could become the 51st US state if the country's authorities fail to solve the problems of drug smuggling and illegal immigration.

Truman (CVN-75) being Accidentally Shot-Down by the Ticonderoga-Class Guided-Missile Cruiser, USS Gettysburg (CG-64). Both Pilots were able to Safely Eject over the Water, and have since been Rescued; with one of the Pilots suffering Minor Injuries.

As the infantry dismounted, Ukrainian drone pilots struck the column, destroying BMPs and tanks beyond repair. Russian troops fled to a forest strip, where they were eliminated.

For the first time in recorded history (!) there are only two servicemen per 1,000 people in Britain. Over the course of a year, 15,119 servicemen have left. Over the same period, the Armed Forces recruited just over 12,000 people, which led to a net reduction in the size of the army.
