Ukraine's 77th Airmobile Brigade reports its impact on a Russian failed assault: 60–200 KIA, 28 WIA, 12 armored vehicles, 1 tank destroyed. Russia spent 3 weeks preparing, launched 13 armored vehicles, but gained nothing—the front line didn’t move an inch. The Trump administration has temporarily reversed its decision to close the Conflict Observatory program, which tracks Ukrainian children abducted by Russia, — Washington Post.
The program will be funded for 6 weeks. But the US does not plan to fund it in the future. During this time, it is planned to transfer the database to Europol so that European law enforcement agencies can continue the investigation.

❗️ Hero of the Russian Federation Major Marat Tibilov died while performing a combat mission in the Kursk region, the Russian National Guard reports.
Tibilov is the commander of the Russian National Guard special forces fire group in the Kursk direction. He and his fighters participated in repelling the Ukrainian Armed Forces attack in the Berdin region in February.
On February 23, Russian President Vladimir Putin presented the Gold Star medal to Ossetian native, Russian National Guard officer Marat Tibilov, call sign "Talib", who was awarded the title Hero of Russia.
The Russians again struck the Sudzha gas metering station and blamed Ukraine.

Overnight, business as usual for Russia. They attacked Ukraine with 163 Shahed drones of which 89 were shot down and another 51 were supressed by EW or either lost in location without doing harm.
It can be noticed that a bigger amount of Shaheds is able to get past Ukrainian air defense and inflict damage due to an improved 'swarm attack' strategy.
The US gains control over key resources in Ukraine
The new version of the agreement proposed by Trump involves transferring control over Ukrainian roads, ports, mines, oil, gas and minerals to the Americans, Bloomberg reports.
The US will receive “first choice” for investments and profits from a “reconstruction fund” majority-owned by Americans. Half of Ukraine’s revenues will go to this fund, and the US will take the rest, plus 4% per annum.
For a year, Kyiv will not be able to sell resources or offer infrastructure projects to other states if they compete with the United States.
