Allegedly Russian Defense Ministry ordered the shooting down of an AZAL passenger plane flying from Baku to Grozny, Azerbaijani media published an anonymous letter with evidence
The author of the appeal is named as an air defense officer Dmitry Paladichuk, who allegedly witnessed the attack. According to him, the fire on the aircraft was opened on a direct order from the Russian military command.
