Last night, Russia again launched numerous strikes on residential areas of Kyiv and several other Ukrainian cities.
Despite the fact that Ukraine accepted President Trump's proposal for a complete and unconditional ceasefire for a period of 30 days almost a month ago, and we, together with all partners, are working on ways to establish peace, Russia continues the war with renewed vigor, disregarding the civilian population.
These Russian strikes must stop. A ceasefire is needed as soon as possible. And decisive action if Russia continues to try to stall for time and refuse to make peace.
