Your coins are your key and password. Go to MEW using your json file to the wallet, select the pirl network and follow the instructions

These wallets are only options for accessing funds. They are not there. Coins at the address to which you should have access. You can exchange coins from MEW to Pirl 2.0 according to the instructions.
