No root needed. All you need is the Notifications toggle app. You have about 7 buttons that you can customize for your goals.

You can fix integrity with PIF magisk module, That's simple
For example you can bring back Wi-Fi and Mobile data qs tiles with better internet tiles app but it needs root access to work
