Hello Telegram Support,
I recently purchased a new phone number, but when I try to create a Telegram account, it says that the number is already registered to another user. The login code is being sent to a previously connected email address instead of my phone via SMS.
I am the new owner of this phone number and I do not have access to the previous owner's email or Telegram account.
Please help me remove the old account from this number or allow me to register a new account using this number

Not sure if someone else has asked, but can we get a setting to turn motion photos off by default.
I'm not sure if it's a plus bug, but I keep turning them off when sending and it still sends as a motion photo

Does Plus include any features such as "draft msg" or "quick replies" without requiring TG Premium, similar to those found in other clients?
If not, could you please add these in the next update? This would be extremely helpful to many Plus users.
