My triv platform doesn't use memo if sending eos but my white bit platform has to use memo when deposit so I lost my Eos balance even though they have received delivery from me on the grounds I didn't include the memo when sending

Hello, gentlemen.
Sorry, I've done a wrong treatment. I don't know if there's a solution.
I had some EOS coins , I wanted to move it from the Ecodes wallet to the kucoin wallet for the tread work , but during the transfer in the kucoin wallet two address i was able to install them from Ecodeus for the transport work but I didn't know that only kucoindoteos address entered the transport and didn't insert amemo address in this way, so I didn't get the coins and didn't come to my wallet, but they went somewhere else? Is there any way to bring them back? Thank you if they help me.
