A Note for the Inner-self
Dear me,
Be In Charge of Your Life!
“I am only one, but still I am one. I cannot do everything, but still I can do something; and because I cannot do everything, I will not refuse to do something I can do.” Edward Everett Hale
When you wake up in the morning know that you have two options to live the life ahead: you have the choice to be either happy or sad, to live counting your blessing or cursing your life on what is missing, live on the most of the day or stay on what was in your yesterdays and live it with regrets.
Choose to live life form the positive; find the option of living life on the present with a heart of gratitude, counting your blessing and taking your yesterdays’ experiences as either to be a source of inspiration or a lesson to make your life better and improved.
You should always have this in mind though; you don’t have to be the happiest person on earth to live life with joy in your heart. It only means that you have now, the present to better your best, to mend your flaws, to inspire your life for better and to be the best that you could be. Always compare yourself with what you were the day before.
Don’t underestimate the power in you to change your life. You have a potential to make a difference and make a change.

A Note to the Inner-self
Dear me,
"Fascism is cured by reading and Racism is cured by traveling" - Miguel de Unamuno
We all have power to change our perception and attitude about how we view the world. By every book you open and immerse yourself in, you build on your knowledge, learn something new or unlearn your misconception with more wisdom. And by every place you visit, by every destination you travel to and through every encounters you may have off your comfort zone you change your outlook and your stereotype opinion about others.
Learn to be open to life, to learning something new. But most importantly be very open to unlearning your wrong assumptions and misconceptions.

Life in Five Short Chapters
CHAPTER 1
I walk down the street.
There's a deep hole in the sidewalk.
And I fall in.
I am lost. I am helpless. It isn't my fault.
It takes forever to find a way out.
CHAPTER 2
I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I pretend I don't see it. I fall in again.
I can't believe I am in the same place.
But it isn't my fault.
It takes a long time to get out.
CHAPTER 3
I walk down the same street and there is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I see it there, and still I fall in.
It's a habit.
But my eyes are open and I know where I am.
It is my fault and I get out immediately.
CHAPTER 4
I walk down the same street.
There is a deep hole in the sidewalk.
I walk around it.
CHAPTER 5
I walk down a different street.

Dear me,
"By believing passionately in that which doesn't exist, we create it. That which is nonexistent hasn't been passionately desired." Nikos Kazantzakis
Your life is the manifestation of your continuous thought and your current circumstances are the results of where you had invested your energy on. By desiring positive and inspiring thoughts and by surrounding yourself with kindness and humility you create your future - a future that is enlightening and gratifying.
May you have a positively tuned inspiring day.

The Journey is Short
An elderly woman got on a bus and sat down. At the next stop, a strong, grumpy young woman climbed up and sat down beside the old woman, hitting her with her numerous bags.
When she saw that the elderly woman remained silent, the young woman asked her why she had not complained when she hit her with her bags?
The elderly woman replied with a Smile: "There is no need to be rude or discuss something so insignificant, as my trip next to you is so short, because I am going to get off at the next stop."
This answer deserves to be written in gold letters: "There is no need to discuss something so insignificant, because our journey together is too short."
Each of us must understand that our time in this world is short that darkening it with useless arguments, jealousy, unforgivingness , discontentment and attitudes are a ridiculous waste of time and energy.
Let's appreciate friends and family.
Let's be respectful, kind and forgiving.
Because we will be filled with gratitude and joy, after all ... our trip together is very short.
Share your smile to everyone.... Because Our trip together is Very Short!

“When you are filled with negativity, you are kept from attaining higher and more bountiful levels of happiness. … Your judgment of another says nothing at all about that person; it only says that you need to judge the person in the way that you are doing. … Higher consciousness or personal transformation involves putting the golden rule into practice, and when you slip, applying that same rule to yourself.” ~Dr. Wayne Dyer, You’ll See It When You Believe It

The Holy Week
In Christianity the week after Palm Sunday, ‘Hosa’ena’, is taken as ‘The Holy Week’, a week of prayer, a week to seek forgiveness and a week to learn the value of true love. Regardless of the religious differences we may have and the views we may have against one another’s religious doctrines, lets all take the week to seek forgiveness to the many sins we have made and to the lives we may have soared and to be grateful and inspired for the many endless blessings we have been graced and still enjoy and take for grant.
So may the week ahead be a week that you are able to listen to your inner self and reconnect to your source, God. As you cleanse your soul and find your true self, may self respect, gratitude and forgiveness dwell in your heart and in the many around you. May you be able to let go of your fears and the many flaws in life that has been paining you and stained the relationships you have with your loved ones. May it also be a week that you experience and share endless, unreserved and unconditional love. And may it also be a week to renew falling apart relationships, soared friendships and tattered family ties. And may the week also give you the enlightenment to recognize the many blessings that you are endlessly been showered and blessed with in your everyday walks of life.
Through each day in ‘The Holy Week’ may you also pray for the many more who are grieving through the loss of their loved ones, to the millions across the world who are crying and dying because of hunger, natural disaster, war and loss of justice. And may you also pray for God’s wisdom to show us our untapped inner potential to make the best of us, learn to work and prosper together in harmony and to share and utilize the most of the graces God keeps on giving us.
Through out the Holy Week may you also pray for Ethiopia for God’s grace be upon us to see the beauty in unity and strength, to have the enlightenment to learn from past mistakes and make our Todays and tomorrows better, for the rulers the nation to have the wisdom to rule the country to greatness and for us, the people to never lose hope that there is light at the end of the tunnel and with God anything is possible.
May we all repent for the many sins that we made in our life and the many more we kept on making knowingly or unknowingly.

September With the Wisdom Words of Dr. Wayne Dyer - Celebrating the Father of Motivation
“There is a story concerning the Buddha, who is in the company of a fellow traveler who tests this great teacher with derogatory, insulting, disparaging, and bitter responses to anything the Buddha says. Every day, for three days when the Buddha spoke, the traveler responded by calling him a fool, and ridiculing the Buddha in some arrogant fashion.
Finally, at the end of the third day, the traveler could stand it no more. He asked, “How is it that you are able to be so loving and kind when all I’ve done for the past three days is dishonor and offend you? Each time I am disobliging to you, you respond in a loving manner. How is this possible?”
The Buddha responded with a question of his own for the traveler. “If someone offers you a gift, and you do not accept that gift, to whom does the gift belong?”

An Everyday Reminder
Dear me,
“Great minds discuss ideas. Average minds discuss events. Small minds discuss people.” ~ Eleanor Roosevelt
May you always know there is a lot we could learn through people and the events we live by, each day every day, if we let ourselves, of course. As you relax over the weekends having lunch, dinner, a machiato, a movie or a walk with friends, family or your loved ones try to make use of the worth in your time together. Talk about ideas, talk about life changing events and how you could be of worth to change your life and others.
May you have a day filled with enlightening experiences.

An Everyday Reminder to the Inner-self
Dear me,
Don't be stubborn. If you ever be so, let it be to your desire and commitment to change your life for better.
Don't lie. If you ever do so, don't at least lie to yourself. There isn't more demeaning in life than to believe your own lies and let them define you.
Don't judge people. If you ever do so, judge yourself for not learning from your past self and making the same mistake over and over again.
And don't be tired. If you ever be so, be tired of the voice in you that talks you out of achieving your goals, living the truth and doing the right thing.
May you have a day of enlightenment!

A Saturday Reminder
Dear me,
"Knowing others is intelligence, but knowing yourself is true wisdom. Mastering others is strength, but mastering yourself is true power." Lao-Tzu, Tao Te Ching
Only your actions motivate others for an enlightened life than just your your words. Only when you are able to inspire yourself that you could do the same others. And you can only bring change in the lives of other only when you are able to live the words you advice them to follow. And you have by far more of the flaws and the glitches than the once you pick in others to inspire change. Remember changing your life is a full time job on its own.
Happy Saturday and may you have a day filled with inspirations and enlightening experiences.

“This is like having an invisible shield around you that nothing can penetrate unless it’s at a higher spiritual energy than your shield. A hostile current is greeted with a smile and inner knowing that this is not your stuff. A person who attempts to bring you into their misery cannot succeed without your agreement. … Not only can you deflect the negativity of those around you, but your sense of peace will bring others into harmony with you.” ~Dr. Wayne Dyer, 21 Days to Master Success and Inner Peace #innerpeace #higherenergies #waynedyer

“What I know for sure is that every day brings a chance for you to draw a breath, kick off your shoes and step out and dance – to live free of regret and filled with as much joy, fun and laughter as you can stand. You can either waltz boldly on to the stage of life and live the way you know your spirit is nudging you to, or you can sit quietly by the wall, receding into the shadows of fear and self-doubt.
You have the choice this very moment – the only moment you have for certain. I hope you aren’t so wrapped up in nonessential stuff that you forget to really enjoy yourself – because this moment is about to be over. I hope you will look back and remember today as the day you decided to make everyone count, to relish each hour as if there would never be another. And when you get the choice to sit it out or dance, I hope you dance.”

"There Are No Justified Resentments! Anytime you’re filled with resentment, you’re turning the controls of your emotional life over to others to manipulate . . . Resentments give you an excuse to return to your old ways. This is what got you there in the first place.” Dr. Wayne W. Dyer
"In the Babemba tribe that resides in Southern Africa, mainly in Zambia and the Congo, when a person acts irresponsibly or unjustly, he is placed in the centre of the village, alone and unfettered. All work ceases, and every man, woman, and child in the village gathers in a large circle around the accused individual.
Then each person in the tribe speaks to the accused, one at a time, each recalling the good things the person in the centre of the circle has done in his lifetime. Every incident, every experience that can be recalled with any detail and accuracy, is recounted. All his positive attributes, good deeds, strengths, and kindnesses are recited carefully and at length. This tribal ceremony often lasts for several days.
At the end, the tribal circle is broken, a joyous celebration takes place, and the person is symbolically and literally welcomed back into the tribe." Peace Pilgrim
A very powerful culture; a culture that is beyond practicing forgiveness and letting go, but one that teaches people are beautiful and of worth despite the many flaws they may have and the countless mistakes they may have made.
