All We Need is Today
“All we need is the morning. As long as there is sunrise, then there is the possibility that we can face all of our misfortunes, celebrate all our blessings, and live all our endeavors as human beings.
Spirituality is something that has become necessary in these troubled times. Yet it is inherently superfluous.
We need it to remind ourselves, to bolster ourselves, to integrate ourselves, to fulfill ourselves.
If we could simply acknowledge the mystery of night and the glory of morning, we would need neither civilization nor spirituality.
At its simplest, life begins with dawn. That is blessing enough. All else becomes fullness immeasurable. At dawn, kneel down and give thanks for this wonderful event.
We may think mornings are so common they are unworthy of veneration, but do you realize most places in the cosmos do not have mornings?
This daily event is our supreme goodness. Greet the dawn. That is your miracle to witness. That is the ultimate beauty. That is sacredness. That is your gift from heaven.
That is knowledge that life is not futile. That is enlightenment. That is your meaning in life. That is your directive.
That is your comfort. That is the solemnity of duty. That is inspiration for compassion. That is the light of the ultimate.”
~Deng Ming-Dao from 365 Tao: Daily Meditations

"We must commit to learning from our mistakes instead of agonizing over them, or we are destined to repeat our errors in the future. When you temporarily run aground, remember that there are no failures in life. There are only results. Consider the adage: Success is the result of good judgment, good judgment is the result of experience, and experience is often the result of bad judgment.
What have you learned from a past mistake that you can use to improve your life today?" Anthony Robbins - Giant Steps

"A teacher gave a balloon to every student, who had to inflate it, write their name on it and throw it in the hallway. The teacher then mixed all the balloons. The students were then given 5 minutes to find their own balloon. Despite a hectic search, no one found their balloon.
At that point, the teacher told the students to take the first balloon that they found and hand it to the person whose name was written on it. Within 5 minutes, everyone had their own balloon.
The teacher said to the students: "These balloons are like happiness. We will never find it if everyone is looking for their own. But if we care about other people's happiness, we'll find ours too."
May your day be filled with happiness. ❤️

A Note to the Inner-self
Dear me
"You can run faster with a hundred who want to go with you than one around your neck." Les Brown
The people and the circumstances you associate yourself with determine your way forward to a greater deal. Surround yourself with people who inspire you and cultivate your bigger dreams. Immerse yourself in situations that nurture your 'today' so you could make your brighter tomorrows.
Live an inspired and purpose driven life!

If You Believe You can, You can
Reminder for the Day
Dear me,
“If you think you are beaten – you are.
If you think you dare not – you don’t.
If you want to win but think you can’t, it is almost a cinch you won’t.
If you think you will lose – you are lost.
For out of the world we find that success begins with a fellow’s will; It is all in the state of mind. Life’s battles don’t always go to the stronger or the faster man; but sooner or later the man that wins is the one who thinks he can.”
From the book ‘Living Free’ by Dr. Neil T. Anderson
May we all have a joyfully inspiring day!

Fighting Temptation
The first step in solving or finding solutions to any problem is to admit that there is one that worth fighting. As Dr. Wayne W. Dyer says, “When you dance, your purpose is not to get to a certain place on the floor. It's to enjoy each step along the way.”
What weaknesses do you have that hinders you from striving for excellence and what flaws do you have that made you sabotage yourself from achieving you best desired successes? Confessing your flaws, at least to your own conscious self, is the beginning of the greatest redemption in life and the start of your salvation.
May you have the strength, tenacity and sagacity to bring the best out of yourself and nurture it to excellence. And as Les Brown always says, accept responsibility for your life. Know that it is you who will get you where you want to go, no one else.

A Note for the Inner-self
Dear me,
If a person comes to you with a package all wrapped up and told you it's for you and you declined the gift, to whom does that gift belong to after that? Exactly! It goes back to the person who offered you in the first place. This same principle works when people comes and say negative things to you, call you names and impose toxic energy on you. So long as you don't accept it that same thing is aimed back at the. As a wise man once said if in a crowded room a man shouts "You fool!" and you turn around ... who is the fool now.
Remember as Dr. Wayne W. Dyer once said how others treat you is their path and how you react it yours.
Always start your day with this powerful motto: No one is going to ruin my day today. "This is my day, the only day I have and no one is going to ruin it for me." Dr. Wayne W. Dyer
May you have a gratifying day.

The Herd Mentality
"In psychology, the Asch conformity experiments or the Asch paradigm were a series of studies directed by Solomon Asch studying if and how individuals yielded to or defied a majority group and the effect of such influences on beliefs and opinions."
@positivetunes
Here are some words of wisdom from Dr. Wayne W. Dyer's most powerful video: The Shift - From Ambition To Meaning. It truly is a life changing one, I know it has changed mine.
"There is a place deep within us that wants to be fulfilled. It wants to know that our life makes a difference, that we have left this place, this planet we lived on better than when we arrived, than someone’s life is profoundly touched because of our existence. We all want that. It’s not about age or about finding yourself. Wherever you are or at whatever age, you are only a thought away from changing your life.”
May you have a gratifying and rewarding day filled with opportunities to better your life from your yesterdays and may you be open enough to embrace your life's blessings.

Cockroach Theory
The cockroach theory for self-development
At a restaurant, a cockroach suddenly flew from somewhere and sat on a lady.
She started screaming out of fear.
With a panic-stricken face and trembling voice, she started jumping, with both her hands desperately trying to get rid of the cockroach.
Her reaction was contagious, as everyone in her group also got panicky.
The lady finally managed to push the cockroach away but ...it landed on another lady in the group.
Now, it was the turn of the other lady in the group to continue the drama.
The waiter rushed forward to their rescue.
In the relay of throwing, the cockroach next fell upon the waiter.
The waiter stood firm, composed himself and observed the behaviour of the cockroach on his shirt.
When he was confident enough, he grabbed it with his fingers and threw it out of the restaurant.
Sipping my coffee and watching the amusement, the antenna of my mind picked up a few thoughts and started wondering, was the cockroach responsible for their histrionic behaviour?
If so, then why was the waiter not disturbed?
He handled it near to perfection, without any chaos.
It is not the cockroach, but the inability of those people to handle the disturbance caused by the cockroach, that disturbed the ladies.
I realized that it is not the shouting of my father or my boss or my wife that disturbs me, but it's my inability to handle the disturbances caused by their shouting that disturbs me.
It's not the traffic jams on the road that disturbs me, but my inability to handle the disturbance caused by the traffic jam that disturbs me.
More than the problem, it's my reaction to the problem that creates chaos in my life.
Lessons learnt from the story:
I understood I should not react in life.
I should always respond.
The women reacted, whereas the waiter responded.
Reactions are always instinctive whereas responses are always well thought of.
A beautiful way to understand
LIFE.
The HAPPY person is not because Everything is RIGHT in his Life.
He is HAPPY because his Attitude towards Everything in his Life is Right!

“I asked the Zebra,
are you black with white stripes?
Or white with black stripes?
And the zebra asked me,
Are you good with bad habits?
Or are you bad with good habits?
Are you noisy with quiet times?
Or are you quiet with noisy times?
Are you happy with some sad days?
Or are you sad with some happy days?
Are you neat with some sloppy ways?
Or are you sloppy with some neat ways?
And on and on and on and on and on and on he went.
I’ll never ask a zebra about stripes...again.”

PEOPLE WITH GOOD HEARTS ❤️
Here's the thing about people with good hearts.
They give you excuses when you don't explain yourself.
They accept apologies you don't give them, even though you should.
They see the best in you when you don't need them to.
At worst they lift you up, even if it means putting their own priorities aside.
The words "too busy" does not exist in their vocabulary.
They make time even when you don't.
And you wonder why they are the most sensitive people.
You wonder why they're the most caring people.
You wonder why they are willing to give so much, without expecting anything in return.
You wonder why their existence is not so essential to your well-being.
It's because they don't let you work hard for the attention they give you.
They accept the love they think they've earned, and you think they're entitled too.
Let me tell you something.
Fear the day when a good heart gives up on you.
Our skies don't become gray out of nowhere.
Our sunshine does not allow darkness to take over for no reason.
A good heart does not turn cold, unless it's been treated with coldness for a while.
HAVE A GOOD HEART AND BE GOOD TO OTHERS
IF IT DOESNT PAY TODAY, IT WILL SURELY PAY TOMORROW 👌
MAY YOUR DAY BE BLESSED 🙏❤️

May you use the gifts you received and transmit the love you were given.

Dream. Plan. Do.
These three words are simple, but they are powerful. They are the keys to achieving anything you set your mind to.
Dream big. What do you want to achieve in your life? What are your goals and aspirations? Once you know what you want, you can start to make a plan.
Plan your success. Break down your goals into smaller, more manageable steps. Create a timeline and set deadlines for yourself. And don't forget to be flexible and adaptable, because things don't always go according to plan.
Do the work. There is no substitute for hard work and dedication. Once you have a plan, take action and start working towards your goals. Don't be afraid to fail, because failure is a part of the learning process. Just keep moving forward, and never give up on your dreams.
So what are you waiting for? Start dreaming today!

"A young couple moved into a new house.
The next morning while they were eating breakfast, the young woman saw her neighbor hanging the washing outside.
"That laundry is not very clean; she doesn’t know how to wash correctly. Perhaps she needs better soap powder.
Her husband looked on, remaining silent.
Every time her neighbor hung her washing out to dry, the young woman made the same comments.
A month later, the woman was surprised to see a nice clean wash on the line and said to her husband, "Look, she’s finally learned how to wash correctly. I wonder who taught her this?"
The husband replied, "I got up early this morning and cleaned our windows."
And so it is with life…
What we see when watching others depends on the clarity of the window through which we look.
So don’t be too quick to judge others, especially if your perspective of life is clouded by anger, jealousy, negativity or unfulfilled desires.
Judging a person does not define who they are. It defines who you are."

A Note to the Inner-self
Dear me,
You don’t have to be sick to be thankful of your health, miss your loved ones to realize how much they mean to you or lose what you cherish to understand the value and worth of what you have. And on the reverse you don’t have to rejoice the beauty of life, cheer for the blessings you are graced with and commemorate the people and experiences only on times of success and great achievements.
Celebrate the journey of life on your everyday being grateful of who you are and what you have in life.
Have a great weekend!
