Think about this:
You have the ability to survive
anything.
That is why, despite all the storms made of pain and loss, despite all the chaos that you have had to endure you are still here and you are still going strong.

Once a wild goat started passing through that bridge. Suddenly a goat was coming from the other side, she also started trying to cross the bridge. Now both the goats stood face to face in the middle of the bridge. Now they started fighting with each other, on the matter of which can pass the river first first. One goat angrily said to the other goat, “Let me go first.” Now the other one said no – I will not move back. I have come so far ahead, how can I move back? Why wouldn’t you return back? Let me go first.
Both goats were fools. Neither of them was willing to go backward. Both of them stubbornly started fighting among themselves. After quarreling for some time they fell into the river and died by drowning.
Moral– Fools always insist on stubbornness and harm themselves.

-acknowledging your desires/dreams/wishes
-make everything you want happen

I choose to have a positive mindset no matter what kind of challenges I face today. I know my power is in what I give my energy to. I will only focus on what I want to experience. I will remain calm, centered, and at peace through everything.
