Stress, apathy, burnout are quite actual problems. However, the "stress" itself as a phenomenon has always existed - a purely physiological mechanism for the production of hormones.
And what they are, you probably know firsthand. But how to turn them into your benefit, and not harm, is an open question.
The first thing that comes to mind is a sudden change of scenery. Sounds efficient. And in fact, as a result of stepping out of the comfort zone, cortisol is produced: the stress hormone that forces us to act actively. But this option is not suitable for everyone.
A more conservative and universal solution is to convert routine anxiety and stress into life fuel through thinking. This option is more difficult, because it is not external circumstances that are pushing for change, but internal ones.
And "thinking" begins with understanding your talents, goals, desires. Otherwise, if you do not understand yourself, stress hormones demotivate and crush.
Friends and relatives can help with self-analysis. However, it is much more reliable, without embellishment and subjectivity, to put everything on the shelves of a neural network and artificial intelligence.
Further, after you have analyzed yourself and chosen the necessary life vector, the last step remains - actions for which cortisol will become the fuel.
Remember these few components: an objective assessment and a desire to change something, a deep understanding of your personality, aspirations, actions.

After a few years, the girl died due to illness, after the death of the wife, the boy became sad from inside and was about to leave the city, when his neighbor consoled him and said, "Now you are with your wife." You will be left alone without her, she used to take care of you a lot, now how will your life be spent in darkness.
Then the boy looked at his neighbor and took a deep breath and said - I was never blind, but I was pretending to be blind thinking that my wife should not think that I am blind because of her illness and ugliness. I don't love her, that's why I remained blind to my wife's happiness for so many years without saying anything, hearing this the neighbor's eyes welled up with tears and the boy got up and left.
Moral : - If you want to be happy throughout your life, then look not only towards the shortcomings of people but also towards their merits, your life will become easier.
