📌 تصویر بالا مربوط به سیستم Editorial Manager است؛ نرمافزاری که برای مدیریت فرآیند ارسال، داوری و پذیرش مقالات علمی در مجلات استفاده میشود. در این سیستم، برای هر نویسنده میتوان از پرچمهایی به نام People Flags استفاده کرد تا وضعیت و سابقه کاری او مشخص شود.
🔍 برخی نکات مهم درباره این پرچمها:
✅ نویسنده تازه پذیرفتهشده (Recently Accepted Author)
⛔️ نویسندگانی که نباید مقالات جدید به آنها ارجاع داده شود
⚠️ نویسندگانی که مقالات تکراری به چند مجله ارسال کردهاند
📈 نویسندگانی که تعداد زیادی مقاله در مدت کوتاه ارسال کردهاند
🛑 نویسندگانی که با تخلفاتی مثل کپیبرداری (Plagiarism) یا رفتار نامناسب با داوران مواجه بودهاند
در پایین تصویر، پرچمهایی با شمارههای ۰ تا ۹ دیده میشود که نشان میدهد نویسنده در کدام ماه و سال مرتکب ارسالهای تکراری شده است.
💡 نکته مهم برای نویسندگان:
برای جلوگیری از گرفتن این پرچمها، لازم است:
- مقاله را فقط به یک مجله ارسال کنید و تا پایان فرآیند داوری صبور باشید.
- از ارسال مقالات با محتوای بسیار مشابه خودداری کنید.
- به قوانین اخلاقی پژوهش پایبند باشید و از کپیبرداری یا سرقت علمی پرهیز کنید.

معرفی ۲۰ پژوهشگر برتر دانشگاه سمنان بر اساس دادههای SciVal
بر پایه تحلیل انجام شده بر روی دادههای پایگاه بینالمللی اسکوپوس از طریق سامانه SciVal، اسامی 20 نفر از اعضای هیات علمی و محققان پسا دکتری دانشگاه سمنان که در بازه زمانی سالهای 2019 تا 2024 میلادی بیشترین تعداد مقالات علمی را منتشر کردهاند، اعلام شد.
حضور 8 پژوهشگر از «دانشکده مهندسی عمران» و همچنین قرارگیری «پروفسور علی خیرالدین» در صدر این لیست که نشان عالی دانش را نیز سال 1403 کسب نمودند، قابل توجه است.
پایگاه SciVal ابزاری تحلیلی است که با بررسی دادههای اسکوپوس، اطلاعاتی همچون تعداد مقالات، میزان استنادها و شاخصهای تاثیرگذاری پژوهشگران را ارائه میدهد و به ارزیابی عملکرد علمی کمک میکند.

آیین نامه ASCE 49-21 که مرتبط با تست تونل باد و همچنین طراحی سازه های در برابر باد با رویکرد عملکردی یا ASCE Prestandard for Performance Based Wind Design V1.1 2023 و تغییرات آیین نامه ASCE7 از 2022 به 2016 نیز در پیوست آمده است. لغت نامه تخصصی بیش از 1300 لغتی در انتهای این کتاب وجود دارد. کتاب 800 صفحه می باشد.
