PowerKee will coordinate a full refund for private sale participants after regulatory conditions have intensified for privacy coins.
The PowerKee project has been undergoing development for the past ten months and the team has succeeded in developing a sublime network and wallet solution for the privacy-focused KEE currency.
However, harsh regulatory conditions have made it unfeasible for privacy coins to list on a centralized exchange and the PowerKee team has made the strategic decision to refund all private sale participants in light of this.
Please fill out the form only if you contributed directly to the project or through VYSYN Ventures. If you invested via a pool or another VC, the Pool/VC owner receives the funds back and has to re-distribute these funds to you.

We are relentlessly working on the masternode network which is still under a heavy testing period. PowerKee Development and KEE Distribution

The native KEE token is deployed on the mainnet and will be distributed as a native privacy token. The team and the community decided NOT to release an ERC20 placeholder as it goes against the venture’s purpose.
As the PowerKee Team operates on a bootstrapped basis as there has never been a major funding round all Team resources operate out of passion for privacy matters. The team doesn’t receive any payments monthly, all money spend is on third parties and for initial liquidity for the listing.
The PowerKee Team has built a fully operating native, privacy blockchain, a native token and a native wallet over the past months.
To distribute tokens, we have to be certain that the network is stable. Current masternode issues are not solved yet and the network can’t be described as stable when third parties are using it in its current form.
We are still improving the masternode setup and economics to guarantee a smooth roll out of the KEE tokens to users. The masternode configuration is complex as we test the network with different levels of complexity. That means we change the node environment multiple times and test it over a longer time of period. We monitor reward distributions, stability, and further network growth. This testing is only possible as long as the team holds all tokens.
We’re aiming on having a decentralized network in which users operate nodes and not a centralized party only. Once economics are deployed and tokens distributed we can’t adjust any masternode related issues.
