Dear Spain,
Such horrible news from Valencia province. My deepest condolences to all who suffered from DANA storm.
I hope my followers there are safe.
The video shows the Russian city of Krasnodar. It is considered one of the largest and most populated cities in Southern Russia.
While Kremlin propagandists shout to their people and the world about the greatness of Russia, ordinary Russians live roughly as shown in the video.
Putin continues to spend huge sums of money on the war in Ukraine and killing civilians not only in Ukraine but also in Russia by sending them into "meat assaults". Meanwhile, Russia is rotting from within.
The winter of 2024-2025 will be one of the most difficult in previous years; Ukrenergo is preparing for several possible scenarios for this winter, Oleksii Brekht, acting CEO of Ukrenergo, has said.
"There are three options, including the worst-case scenario, which include the continuation of massive shelling of infrastructure, transmission network, generation facilities, and so on," Brekht noted.
The worst-case scenario for the winter that is being considered is the continuation of Russia's massive attacks on generation facilities.
"Under this scenario, given the volume of electricity imports that we have today, we may have a limitation of electricity capacity on critical, cold days, up to two rounds of outage schedules, no more. That is, up to 8 hours," Brekht emphasized.
In the spring, due to Russian shelling, Ukraine lost 9 GW of generating capacity, which is equal to the summer electricity consumption of the Netherlands or the nightly electricity consumption of Ukraine in the summer. According to Brekht, it is a "significant loss".

"So, isn't it Russian war?"
"I think it's Putin's war." - Yulia Navalnaya
In fact, tens of millions of Russians are involved in the war - not just those on the frontlines, but also those who provide for, propagandize, and support the war. Those who work in military factories, in prisons where Ukrainian PoWs are tortured, on propaganda channels, teachers who dress up children in military uniforms and give them toy guns. There are millions of these Russians.
It is Russia's war. Putin is not the only one responsible.

Putin is raising the stakes and trying to intimidate the West as much as possible before the US elections and possible negotiations.

Yesterday, thousands of Georgians rallied in the streets of Tbilisi against the results of the election.
Less than 24 hours later, the Central Election Commission has called for a partial vote recount on 5 polling stations randomly selected from each election district – that adds up to 14% of all polling stations.
We will see how events unfold.

The Romanian Ministry of National Defense has published a draft law that would allow shooting down drones that breach the country's airspace.
"Black Sea military operations, the massive increase of the use of UAVs, either military or adapted for military use continue to create major risks at the Ukraine border and near Romania's border area," the draft law says.
It provides that drones that breach the national airspace, depending on the level of threat, "can be destroyed, neutralized by disabling the command/control functions, or their flight can be taken under control." They can also be destroyed by air defense systems, including surface-based, national, and/or allied or partner air defenses.

Putin decided to celebrate Halloween in his own way.
Russian propagandists:
"So many people reassure us, 'Russia can't be defeated.' But it can be defeated. It has suffered strategic defeats after World War I and in 1991. We should not act like we can't be inflicted with a strategic defeat."
Keep talking, propagandists.

President Zelenskyy had a phone conversation with President of South Korea Yoon Suk Yeol.
The leaders discussed the involvement of the North Korean military in the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Volodymyr Zelenskyy provided an update on the deployment of 3,000 North Korean troops to Russian training grounds in close proximity to the combat zone and the expected increase in their number to about 12,000.
It was agreed:
◾️ to strengthen the exchange of intelligence and expertise;
◾️ to intensify contacts at all levels, including the highest, to develop a strategy of action and a list of countermeasures in response to the escalation, as well as to engage joint partners in cooperation.
‼️ As part of this agreement, Ukraine and the Republic of Korea will soon exchange delegations to coordinate actions.
South Korea was invited to join the G7 Vilnius Declaration on Bilateral Security Agreements in Support for Ukraine.
Thankful for your consistent support of Ukraine's sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as for the financial and humanitarian assistance already provided and announced!

DPRK has supplied Russia with weapons worth up to $5.5 billion, according to a study by the Friedrich Naumann Foundation.
For the study, Olena Huseinova from Hankuk University in Seoul evaluated intelligence reports, leaked documents, and ammunition prices from previous North Korean arms deals. Based on this, she estimated the volume of North Korean arms sales to Russia since February 2022 at between $1.7 and $5.5 billion.
North Korea does not publish data on its arms exports, making a more accurate estimate almost impossible.
The South Korean central bank estimates that North Korea's total GDP for the previous year was $23.7 billion, so a $5.5 billion export to Russia would amount to almost 25% of North Korea's GDP.

Unbelievable to see the Prime Minister of the European country of Slovakia Robert Fico giving an interview to the Russian propagandist Skabeyeva.

Kateryna, 25, from Odesa, with the call sign "Teddy," serves in the 111th Territorial Defense Brigade. Kateryna used to be a photographer, but decided to join the army after losing a friend who was killed at the beginning of the full-scale invasion.
Kateryna is ingaged in aerial reconnaissance.
Sometimes, Kateryna admits, she gets scared, and then she texts her mother words of love and gratitude, "I texted my mom, 'I love you very much, don't worry, everything will be fine, no matter what, I will always protect you and keep you safe.'"
Kateryna has a talisman, a teddy bear, that is why she has such call sign. Her mother gave it to her when she was a child.

Clearly, the Russian government is unable to offer its citizens anything else, so they are trying to rebrand death.
After all, if it comes in a package with flashy costumes and even a play, the average Russian might gloss over the fact that Putin is sending his people to slaughter, and will continue to do so indefinitely to feed his war machine.
Putin’s favorite local warlord, Ramzan Kadyrov, has reportedly commanded Chechen forces in Ukraine to “take no prisoners.” This chilling directive isn’t just another violation of wartime conduct—it’s an open admission from one of Russia’s top officials that the laws of war mean nothing to them.
The Geneva Convention unequivocally prohibits harming those who have surrendered—it's written in black and white. By flouting this, Kadyrov is essentially confessing to war crimes.
Yulia Navalnaya, who recently announced her ambitions to be president of Russia, gave an interview to Die Zeit media and spoke out about the war in Ukraine.
When asked whether she thinks supplying weapons to Ukraine is the right solution, Navalnaya said, "It's hard to say. Bombs are hitting Russians as well."
Yulia Navalnaya stated that this war is Putin's war. When she was reminded that Russian military personnel kill Ukrainians every day, she replied, "Of course, people are in combat. But it's his war."
In fact, tens of millions of Russians are involved in the war - not just those on the frontlines, but also those who provide, propagandize and support the war. Those who work in military factories, in prisons where Ukrainian PoWs are tortured, on propaganda channels, teachers who dress up children in military uniforms and give them toy guns. There are millions of these Russians.
There is no doubt Yulia Navalnaya knows and understands this. Putin may disappear, but these millions of Russians formed in the ideology of war, imperial ambitions and in the paradigm of opposing the West, won't. Having political ambitions, how can one get high ratings, be elected by these people and lead them? No one can become a leader of these mad people while directly calling them murderers and terrorists responsible for the deaths of peaceful neighbors.
So, any Russian politician with political ambitions faces this dilemma:
◾️ Either call things by their names and become an enemy of the warring and pro-war Russians, like Garry Kasparov does, for example: he constantly says that only the victory of Ukraine will make Russia free;
◾️ Or follow the path of, say, Yulia Navalnaya, who says that "everything is not so clear-cut" with weapons for Ukraine and blames Putin for everything, thus taking the blame off the Russian people.
Russian opposition is very active in the West, organizing events and participating in public activities. Many people believe that if a Russian oppositioner is against Putin, then they support Ukraine. This is not always the case.
Russia's only hope for radical change is its defeat in the war and Ukraine's victory. It is the collapse of Russia's imperial consciousness. The real Russian opposition needs to be on the side and in defense of Ukraine.

"I also want to congratulate the Georgian government on that while enforcing pro-European politics, you didn’t allow becoming a second Ukraine. We greatly value the PM’s devotion to this idea" - PM of Hungary Viktor Orban during his visit in Georgia where he congratulated the current ruling party with victory in the elections.
This was one of "Georgian Dream’s" main narratives - that if the pro-European parties win in Georgia, war will come to the country just as it has to Ukraine. "Georgian Dream" positioned itself as a "guarantor of peace."
Meanwhile, a group of 13 EU foreign and European affairs ministers said in a joint statement: "We criticize Prime Minister Orban's premature visit to Georgia. He does not speak on behalf of the EU."
The EU had to emphasize yet again that PM of Hungary does not represent the position of all member states.

Rescuers rescued 5 people and handed them over to emergency medical services. 11 apartment buildings, outbuildings, a medical clinic and cars were damaged. About 12 garages were destroyed. A residential building and outbuildings caught fire on a total area of 500 square meters.
