Disclaimer: Extracting a tooth without tools is extremely risky and should be done only as a last resort. The risk of infection and complications is high, so try to manage pain or infection until professional help becomes available.
Steps to Extract a Tooth Without Tools
1. Assess the Situation
Locate the painful or loose tooth.
Only attempt this if the tooth is already very loose and causing severe pain or infection.
2. Clean Your Hands
Wash your hands with clean water (boil water if needed) or wipe them on the cleanest available cloth.
3. Rinse Your Mouth
Use saltwater (mix 1 teaspoon of salt with a cup of clean water) or plain water to reduce bacteria.
4. Loosen the Tooth
Use your fingers or tongue to wiggle the tooth back and forth for several minutes. Gentle, repeated movements are key.
5. Extract the Tooth
Once the tooth feels loose enough to remove, use your clean fingers or tongue to apply steady pressure to pull it out. Avoid twisting.
6. Stop the Bleeding
Bite down on a clean cloth, piece of fabric, or even moss (if clean) to apply pressure to the gum and control bleeding.
7. Clean the Area
Rinse your mouth again with saltwater to help prevent infection.
8. Monitor for Infection
Watch for swelling, pus, or worsening pain. These are signs of infection that require medical attention.
🔊 I know it's been a while since I last posted on the channel, but due to personal reasons on the part of the administrator, I haven't had much time. With that said, I'm back, and my intention is to resume posting content like what I have shared over the past two days.
I'm considering starting a new channel to create content related to survival and prepping, where I can talk about survival techniques, necessary knowledge, comparisons of equipment, and in this way, keep things more organized and separate it from this channel where we have all the files and documents. Since we have copyrighted documents, there's a chance the channel could be closed, although after 4 years, it doesn't seem very likely. However, following the philosophy of prepping, I believe it's wise to keep them separate.

Need clean water but don’t have a fancy filter? No problem! You can DIY a basic water filter with a few 5-gallon buckets and some simple materials. This setup is perfect for emergencies, off-grid living, or just getting cleaner water from ponds, rain barrels, or streams
What You’ll Need
One to three 5-gallon buckets (clean ones, of course!)
Filter media like gravel, sand, and activated charcoal
A drill (to make holes for water to flow through)
Some time and patience
How It Works
The idea is to layer the filter materials inside the buckets so water passes through gravel, sand, to and charcoal in that order. Each layer removes dirt, debris, and smaller contaminants, leaving you with cleaner water. If you use three buckets, each one holds a different layer, and gravity does the work for you.
