የሥራ ዕድል ፈጠራ ኮሚሽን ከማስተርካርድ ፋውንዴሽን እና ፒያሳ ኮሚኒኬሽን ጋር በመተባበር ጀማሪ ንግዶችን ከኢንቨስተሮች ጋር ለማገናኘት አገር አቀፍ ደረጃውን የጠበቀ "የጋራ" የተባለ ፖርታል አዘጋጀ ።
"የጋራ" ፖርታል ሥነ ጥበብን፣ ቴክኖሎጂን እንዲሁም ከፍተኛ ተነሳሽነት ያለውን የወጣት ኃብት በመጠቀም የፋይናንስ አማራጭ አገልግሎትን ለማቅረብ ተልዕኮ ያለው ነው።
የሥራ ዕድል ፈጠራ ኮሚሽን የግሉን ዘርፍ ልማት ለመደገፍ የፋይናንስ ዘዴዎችን ለይቶ ማወቅና ጥቅም ላይ እንዲውል የማስተባበር ሥራዎችን የሚሠራ ሲሆን ይህንንም ከግሉ ዘርፍ ጋር በማስተሳሰር ለሥራ ፈጣሪዎች ማነቆ የሆነውን የፋይናንስ አቅርቦት ችግር የመፍትሔ ኃሳቦችን ያቀርባል።
በማስተርካርድ ፋውንዴሽን የገንዘብ ድጋፍ የተደረገለት ይህ ፕሮጀክት ሥራ ፈጣሪዎችን ለመርዳት ሁሉንም የሥራ ሥነ ምህዳራዊ ባለድርሻዎች የሚያገናኝና የኢንቨስትመንት ልምድን ለማሳደግ መሠረት የሚጥል ነው።
በዚህ ፖርታል ጀማሪ ንግዶች ስለራሳቸው መግለጫዎችን በመስጠት ለባለሀብቶች ራሳቸውን ያስተዋውቃሉ ፤ ባለሀብቶችም ለአጋርነት የሚፈልጓቸውን ጀማሪ ሥራ ፈጣሪዎችን እንዲመርጡ ያስችላል።
በፖርታሉ ውስጥ ለመመዝገብ ምንም አይነት ክፍያ የማይጠየቅ ሲሆን፣ የንግድ ኃሳቦች ወይም የተደራጀ ኢንተርፕራይዝ ያላቸው ወጣቶች www.yegara.org ላይ በመግባት የሚጠየቁ መረጃዎችን ሞልተው ይልካሉ።
ከዚያም በኢሜል ማረጋገጫ በሚላክላቸው መሰረት አስፈላጊ ሰነዶችን አዘጋጅተው በመመለስ መመዝገብ ይችላሉ። ኢንቬስተሮችም በተመሳሳይ ሁኔታ ተመዝግበው አባል ይሆናሉ።
