After the liberation of Aleppo (Haleb), Idlib faced a harrowing day. Over nine airstrikes struck Idlib city, with the majority of the casualties being innocent children.

In the aftermath of their humiliating defeat, they vented their aggression on women and children, attempting to break morale on the frontlines by targeting families in the rear. Yet, after nearly 14 years, this ruthless tactic has failed to deter those steadfast in their mission to reclaim their land.

The resistance began this journey with sacrifice and bloodshed, and they remain unwavering in their determination to see every square meter of Syria freed from oppression.

May Allah grant the Ummah steadfastness in these trying times, and may we never forget to include the Ummah in our dua.

Sometimes we neglect to realize that having a roof over one’s head is a significant blessing. There are many families, not just in Gaza but also Muslims from all around the world, living in extreme poverty. Having a roof over your head to shield you from the heat, and walls around you to protect you from the elements, is a great mercy.

Truly, we are often ungrateful.

"And He gave you from all you asked of Him. And if you should count the favor of Allah, you could not enumerate them. Indeed, mankind is [generally] most unjust and ungrateful." [14:34]

"So remember Me; I will remember you. And be grateful to Me and do not deny Me." [2:152]

We need to be thankful for the blessings of Allah because He gives, and He can also take away.

"And proclaim the favor of your Lord." [93:11]

The virtue of sending ṣalāh (supplications for peace) upon the Prophet ﷺ on Friday begins from sunset on the night of Jumuʿah (Thursday night) and finishes at sunset on the night of Saturday (Friday night). Moreover, sending ṣalāh upon him during the day of Friday is better than during its night (Thursday night).

تفضيل الصلاة على النبي ﷺ في الجمعة يبدأ من غروب الشمس ليلة الجمعة وينتهي بغروبها ليلة السبت، والصلاة عليه ﷺ في نهار الجمعة أفضل من ليلها



إنَّ اللهَ وملائكَتَهُ يُصَلُّونَ على النَّبي يا أَيُّها الذِّين آمَنوا صَلُّوا عَلَيهِ وَسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيما ً

"Rising for Gaza: A Call to the Ummah in Times of Desperation" ⚠️⚠️


These bombings, destroying all infrastructure, have become a common occurrence. Bodies lining the streets have become a common occurrence. Families destroyed and heartbroken have become a common occurrence.

This should not be a common occurrence. We should not become desensitized to this. This is a test, both for the people of Gaza and for the entire Ummah. Who will rise up and help the Ummah in its time of need?

Let us not forget the Ummah during this difficult time. If we cannot help financially, then let us at least keep them in our du’as.
