Heartbreaking photo captures a mother carrying her baby, fleeing for safety as bombs rain down on their camp in Syria. The Assad regime's brutal attacks, with the backing of Russia and Iran continue to cause immense suffering for innocent civilians.

Hearing the sound of missles flying overhead is a scary thing. It immobilzes a person but as a husband, father or mother they must put the priority of their children first and try to get them to safety.

The problem is when missles are falling sporadically and landing in different places you do not know where to go. You can only put your trust in Allah.

The regime with their allies the Russians and Iranians targeted internally displaced camps near Idlib city. Why? Becuase they seek to cause havoc in the lives of the Muslims and want to see there lives in disarray.

Over 50,000 Dead After Turkish-Syrian Earthquakes


Nearly three weeks after the first of a series of devastating earthquakes and aftershocks afflicting southern Turkey and northern Syria since February 6th over 50,000 have been killed across both borders. Turkey’s Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD) said that 44,218 died in Turkey while the number of deaths in Syria was 5,914.

We plan and Allah plans. We hope by the will of Allah this Ramadan to get enough donations to fulfill our goals and help our projects on the ground and be a source of hope and ease for the Muslims this Ramadan.

Many families here in the area of Idlib are displaced and living in makeshift refugee camps. Over 2 million Muslims live in tents that can not sustain the harsh weather conditions, whether it be winter or summer.

Many children have lost the opportunity to go to school because they must work in order for their families to eat. Many children have lost their parents and thus have become orphans.

Many children now are still suffering from the trauma of war, and there is no help for them for these issues. Bring hope and a smile back to these children and families who have lost so much!

With 11 years of this war, the world has lost interest in the Syrian conflict. So donations have dwindled. It is upon us as muslim to aid one another, with your support we can continue to help the disenfranchised Muslims of Syria.

A truly daunting picture when a families only request is for a tent to live in.

Families in the liberated areas of Northern Syrian are living in communal tents becuase they can not afford to have their own. Indeed this is a big calamity facing the Muslims ummah.

We need your help in trying to purchase tents for families affected by the earthquake, this is not a problem that will go away easily and we need your help, as we have a long road to go down.

Ramadan is coming in a month families are underprepared, they can't even afford food for the day what about when Ramadan arrives?

Until now thousands of families are still living in fear of an impending earthquake. There are thousands of families who lost their homes and others choosing to sleep outside, fear is rampant amongst the Syrian people at the moment. They are willing choosing not to go back to their homes in fear of it collapsing.

Truly this is heartbreaking sight to see. The Muslims of Syria are having to bear the harsh cold winter nights, no heater, no firewood, just outsides with no protection from the harsh winter elements.

You can help improve there lives, there situation, at the end of the day they are  your brothers and sisters in Islam. The difference you could make can possibly save a life, and the blood of a muslim is more valuable than the kaabah.

Unfortunately the majority of the injuries from the earthquake yesterday was becuase many people were jumping out of buildings in fear of the building collapsing. Many sustained injuries such as broken legs and arms.

The fear is rampant amongst the Syrians as these strong earthquakes bring a different kind of fear then a missle falling from the sky. Many have left their homes and are staying in refugee camps because their homes are unfit to live in now due to cracks from the earthquakes.

The Syrians have endured pain for the past 12 years and are still struggling on, but the difficulties change and increase every year.

A statement from one brother who donated.

"Sadaqah is such a miracle. I gave money to the brothers at Project Hope Syria to help my brothers in need. I donated a specific amount and my intention was just to help the ummah. Later on I get a call, my friend wanted to transfer me that same exact amount to my bank account. saying it “gift”. There isn’t anything I’ve given, except I was given it back or more."

This shows you the merit of sadaqah and that when you give, you never loose, you only gain.

This is why we should be extending our hands in sadaqah. It's a blessing Allah put you in the position to give and if you are not in an ideal situation, Allah will open the door of rizq from places you can not imagine just by giving sadaqah. If you are in need of money give sadaqah and Allah will open doors for you, you just need to trust in him.

Sadaqah Extinguises the anger of Allah and during these times of fitna we should be giving charity so we can be protected from the punishment of Allah.

The virtue of sending ṣalāh (supplications for peace) upon the Prophet ﷺ on Friday begins from sunset on the night of Jumuʿah (Thursday night) and finishes at sunset on the night of Saturday (Friday night). Moreover, sending ṣalāh upon him during the day of Friday is better than during its night (Thursday night).

تفضيل الصلاة على النبي ﷺ في الجمعة يبدأ من غروب الشمس ليلة الجمعة وينتهي بغروبها ليلة السبت، والصلاة عليه ﷺ في نهار الجمعة أفضل من ليلها



إنَّ اللهَ وملائكَتَهُ يُصَلُّونَ على النَّبي يا أَيُّها الذِّين آمَنوا صَلُّوا عَلَيهِ وَسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيما ً

Don't forget to send Salutations on Prophet ﷺ

Allah the Almighty will do this for you:

Anas bin Maalik (radhi Allaahu anhu) said:  Verily the Prophet (salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said:

Whoever sends Salah upon me once Allah will send ten upon him and remove ten of his sins and raise his rank by ten levels.

As families suffer from one tragedy to another we are striving to help those in need.

Alhamdulillah with recent donations we were able to help alot of families that have been going to through many great trials.

The sad thing is their cries are not heard around the world. They cry in silence.

At times giving cash is a better alternative then a food pack. Why? when they have the money In their hand they know what their family needs. Medicine, clothes, etc.  Every household has individualized cost. So it's very difficult to provide everything a family needs. Each family understands what they need and this begun our campaign of donating cash.

Your brothers and sisters need you, Islam brought you together as one family, do not neglect the poor. Your sadaqah could be a means of you entering Jannah. Something small can be big with Allah.

A 6.4 magnitude earthquake hit Turkey and Syria just now.

According to residents a number of building collapsed again in the city of jenderes.

We will know the extent of this earthquake shortly.

This is a reminder that the increase in earthquake is a sign of the final hour. We must try our best to return to Allah azza wa jal and start doing good deeds before death overtakes us.

How many people go to sleep having intentions for the next day or to change the next day and delayed repentance to Allah, only to not wake up the next day and the beginning of questioning for their deeds begins.

May Allah protect and have mercy of the Muslims of Syria and Turkey.

This is a great example or how the Muslim ummah should be. As you see the majority of aid came from fellow Muslims, while the UN waited to bring in food, equipment for digging through rubble after about a week from the day of the initial earthquake.

We as Muslims should put our trust in Allah, and the ummah should give when they see their brothers and sisters in a dire situation. The game of politics is always played when it comes to the lives of the muslimeen but when it comes to the lives of the kuffar, their fellow brethren. They are the first to stand up for "justice"

Amongst the rubble lies a new IDP (internally displaced) camp and a new mass graveyard.

A sad sight to see, the death toll so high with many grieving families left behind.

You do not know in which land you will die. Many Syrians went to Turkey to seek safety from the barrage of missles sent by the regime, only for it to be written, they would die there. You can not flee from death as it is already written.

May Allah have mercy on those who died, and may Allah make it easy on those injured and suffering from the loss of a loved one.

Although the earthquake ended, the repercussions from the event is still a long way from being fixed. Many families now are living in crowded refugee camps, now their lives set back to zero and have to rebuild their lives from scratch.
