Many families here in the area of Idlib are displaced and living in makeshift refugee camps. Over 2 million Muslims live in tents, there tents are not sustainable for the harsh weather conditions of winter and summer.

Many children have lost the opportunity to go to school because they must work in order for their families to eat. Many children have lost their parents and thus have become orphans.

Many children now are still suffering from the trauma of war, and there is no help for them for these issues. Bring hope and a smile back to these children and families who have lost so much!

With 12 years of this war, the world has lost interest in the Syrian conflict. So donations have dwindled. It is upon us as muslim to aid one another, with your support we can continue to help the disenfranchised Muslims of Syria.

Narrated Abu Hurairah:

A man asked the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ): Messenger of Allah, which sadaqah (charity) is the best ? He replied: (The best sadaqah is) that you give something as sadaqah (charity) when you are healthy, greedy, expect survival and fear poverty, and not that you postpone it until your death. and then you say: For so-and-so is such-and-such, and for so-and-so is such-and-such, while it was already for so-and-so.

In the last 10 years that I have been working in Syria, I've never seen the Syrian people suffering as much as they are suffering today.

The stories that I hear from people are truly heartbreaking and at times you feel a sense of guilt for not being able to take away all there difficulties. The amount of families asking for aid in recent months has grown exponentially. The pain and suffering that has enveloped them is beyond comprehension and your left only to say حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل.

Another day, another story of pain and loss. At times it is mentally draining to see the pain some people go through but at times when you see the smile of a child that we were able to help it makes us understand why we do this work.

Help us on our journey to aid our brothers and sisters in Syria. Do not forget them as the world has, but continue to support those facing one of the greatest crisis of the 21st century.

Today is the twelth anniversary of the Syrian revolution. It's been a long journey for the Syrian people and they are continuing to strive on this path until they are given martyrdom or victory.

The Syrian people have shown integrity in the face of all of their hardships and refuse to return to the greatest butcher of the 21st century. (Bashar Al Assad) and killing more than 1 million of his own people, if not more.

Statistics has finally been released reporting on the total damages of the recent earthquake.

First the number of deaths reached 4,158 while the amount of injured was a staggering 9,848, in addition to 250 loss in the rescue efforts.

The amount of families that were already internally displaced and became displaced again was about 42k families and the individual number is much higher.

This past month has been stressful for the people of Syria as they try to navigate through a life of hardships and rebuild their lives once again. With an economy already in peril coupled with this tragedy, this will make the process of building a brighter future that further away.

Just like all disasters they are reported on in the beginning and help is sent right away but as time goes on people tend to forget those affected and there charitable hands decrease.

Don't let this be you, be of those who consistently help there brothers and sisters in need. It doesn't take one day to rebuild from a disaster.

A Long Journey Ahead

"A Muslim is the brother of a muslim"
(He does not abandon him in his time of need)

After the heartbreaking earthquake on February 6, many families are still feeling the pain from this great disaster.

The majority of the people affected by the earthquake were already internally displaced refugees from different provinces in Syria.

A bitter pill to swallow, a life built with hard work from scratch torn to the ground in the manner on 1min and 30 seconds. Families now are trying to rebuild their lives but everything was lost in this incident and it will be a long road ahead.

As time continues to go on fewer aid trucks come into Idlib, as time goes on people outside forget that this is a matter that will take years to rebuild not just a month or two.

Recently families that had their homes destroyed in the earthquake are now living in refugee camps. Families were given tents and a few weeks later strong winds hit the Idlib region destroying many tents. Families already living in a chaotic situation now have more on their plate in terms of rebuilding.

This is a reminder do not forget your brothers and sisters in Idlib, Syria as they are going through one of the most difficult trials imaginable. From this earthquake, heavy winds, poverty, war, inflation, and the list goes on.

Recently there were heavy winds that affected the Idlib region. The winds were so strong it destroyed a number of temporary camp sites for victims of the earthquake disaster. A number of buildings were also destroyed due to their instability after the earthquake, even killing one man in Idlib city after a remnants of a destroyed building fell on top of him, killing him instantly.

As time passes the crisis in Syria continues to deteriorate. Families left wounded by the war are now wounded by the natural disasters taking place.

On top of that an ailing economy marked with high inflation is making it difficult for families to get the proper items they need to live a normal life.

The virtue of sending ṣalāh (supplications for peace) upon the Prophet ﷺ on Friday begins from sunset on the night of Jumuʿah (Thursday night) and finishes at sunset on the night of Saturday (Friday night). Moreover, sending ṣalāh upon him during the day of Friday is better than during its night (Thursday night).

تفضيل الصلاة على النبي ﷺ في الجمعة يبدأ من غروب الشمس ليلة الجمعة وينتهي بغروبها ليلة السبت، والصلاة عليه ﷺ في نهار الجمعة أفضل من ليلها



إنَّ اللهَ وملائكَتَهُ يُصَلُّونَ على النَّبي يا أَيُّها الذِّين آمَنوا صَلُّوا عَلَيهِ وَسَلِّمُوا تَسْلِيما ً

Don't forget to send Salutations on Prophet ﷺ

Allah the Almighty will do this for you:

Anas bin Maalik (radhi Allaahu anhu) said:  Verily the Prophet (salla Allahu alaihi wa sallam) said:

Whoever sends Salah upon me once Allah will send ten upon him and remove ten of his sins and raise his rank by ten levels.

After the earthquake on Feb 6 Assad was witnessed smiling as he he visited areas affected by the earthquake in his region. As most world leaders in their respective countries would be horrified by the events Assad was seen smiling and talking to reporters. Why is that? With a failing economy and many sanctions hindering the regime from rebuilding he quickly saw this as an opportunity to get funding from the outside world. He was ecstatic knowing that different countries would donate to the rebuilding process he smiled from ear to ear.

Shortly after receiving aid and stealing tons of aid sent from the United Nations directed towards the liberated areas he used this as a an opportunity to restart his bombing campaign on the the region of Idlib. For the past couple days the amount of rockets sent to to the Idlib region amounted in the killing of many civilians and redisplacing families already displaced and homeless from the earthquake bringing about more destruction to and pain to the hearts of the Muslims already suffering from the  wounds of the  earthquake. Only a psychopath would see this tragedy as an opportunity for personal gain and then use this tragedy to bombarded the Muslims in Idlib.

How to receive the noble month of Ramadan?

All perfect praise be to Allah, The Lord of the Worlds. I testify that there is none worthy of worship except Allah, and that Muhammad peace be upon him is His slave and Messenger.

A Muslim should rejoice at the coming of Ramadan and receive it by making sincere repentance, complete preparation and freeing oneself for worship, such as prayer, reciting the Quran, remembering and glorifying Allah, observing I‘tikaaf, (staying in seclusion in the Masjid for the purpose of worship) abandoning sins and disobedience, giving back the rights of others and so on.
Sadly, many people receive Ramadan by shopping for different types of food and drink and other such things. It was better for them to forego this in order to achieve the purpose of fasting, which is fearing Allah The Almighty. Being moderate in eating and drinking is one of the greatest reasons to achieve consciousness of Allah The Almighty. That is because decreasing one's consumption of food and drink narrows the passages of blood which Satan moves through to delude humans, as stated by scholars.

Rain has finally reached Idlib province but instead of it being a sign of relief for those in the agriculture field the amount of rain touching down is only bring about despair.

The amount of rain touching down has caused flooding making it impossible for crops to be able to grow and this brings a sign of worry for the next season of fruits and vegetables for the Muslims of idlib.

In conjunction with floods destroying crops, 650 tents in over 40 different IDP camps have been destroyed due to flooding. The relentless rain is flooding and destroying tents, wreaking havoc on the people.

At times rain brings a sense of relief and joy but for those living in refugee camps it is a burden.

Tragedy is always followed by more tragedy here in Syria, there has been no time where the Muslims could breath a sigh of relief.

The struggle of the Syrian people is also the struggle of the ummah. All Muslims should assist their Muslim brothers brothers sisters in Syria. The ummah is in turmoil yet the people of Syria have alone resisted a tyrant for 12 years by the will of Allah.

Victory is imminent for the ummah. After 12 years of pain, struggle poverty, displacement, and many martyrs, there can be no reconciliation, there can be no agreements, there can only be victory.

The Syrian people might have been betrayed and forgotten by the ummah but Allah is with the believers. Their resistance is unparalleled to anything in recent history.

The people of Idlib came together to pray salat al istisqa the prayer for rain.

During this time every year there is an abundance of rain, crops need this for the next season and drought is already on the horizon.

Already engulfed by many calamities this will skyrocket the price of many food items needed by the Syrian people to live. Primarily for bread which is a staple item for all Syrian households.

The situation is gradually getting worse year by year and as the Syrian people enter the twelth year of their revolution this means the fight for freedom is being forgotten and overshadowed by the war in Ukraine.

An already bad situation is on the brink of becoming a disaster.

Zakah expenditures are only for the poor and for the needy and for those employed to collect [zakah] and for bringing hearts together [for Islam] and for freeing captives [or slaves] and for those in debt and for the cause of Allah and for the [stranded] traveler - an obligation [imposed] by Allah . We plan and Allah plans. We hope by the will of Allah this Ramadan to get enough donations to fulfill our goals and help our projects on the ground and be a source of hope and ease for the Muslims this Ramadan.

Many families here in the area of Idlib are displaced and living in makeshift refugee camps. Over 2 million Muslims live in tents that can not sustain the harsh weather conditions, whether it be winter or summer.

Many children have lost the opportunity to go to school because they must work in order for their families to eat. Many children have lost their parents and thus have become orphans.

Many children now are still suffering from the trauma of war, and there is no help for them for these issues. Bring hope and a smile back to these children and families who have lost so much!

With 11 years of this war, the world has lost interest in the Syrian conflict. So donations have dwindled. It is upon us as muslim to aid one another, with your support we can continue to help the disenfranchised Muslims of Syria.

Narrated Abu Huraira:

Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "If one give in charity what equals one date-fruit from the honestly earned money and Allah accepts only the honestly earned money --Allah takes it in His right (hand) and then enlarges its reward for that person (who has given it), as anyone of you brings up his baby horse, so much s that it becomes as big as a mountain

The recent earthquake on February 6th caused alot of damage to the idlib region. The picture above shows the ground breaking apart from sheer power of this frightful earthquake.

Many after shocks have happened but Alhamdulillah nothing to the extent of the first earthquake. Many families are still trying to rebuild after loosing everything. Their homes, property, cars, etc. Now many of these families that were initially internally displaced have been displaced again. Twelve years of trials, tribulations and war. The pain is unknown to many and only a few can understand the reality on the ground.

This is why we need your help. Your brothers and sisters are in need. The outside world has forgotten them, but you do not have to forget them, you can bring back hope and mercy to the hearts of the ummah.

After the earthquake on Feb 6 Assad was witnessed smiling as he he visited areas affected by the earthquake in his region. As most world leaders in their respective countries would be horrified by the events Assad was seen smiling and talking to reporters. Why is that? With a failing economy and many sanctions hindering the regime from rebuilding he quickly saw this as an opportunity to get funding from the outside world. He was ecstatic knowing that different countries would donate to the rebuilding process he smiled from ear to ear.

Shortly after receiving aid and stealing tons of aid sent from the United Nations directed towards the liberated areas he used this as a an opportunity to restart his bombing campaign on the the region of Idlib. For the past couple days the amount of rockets sent to to the Idlib region amounted in the killing of many civilians and redisplacing families already displaced and homeless from the earthquake bringing about more destruction to and pain to the hearts of the Muslims already suffering from the  wounds of the  earthquake. Only a psychopath would see this tragedy as an opportunity for personal gain and then use this tragedy to bombarded the Muslims in Idlib.
