In the three areas just focus more on fluency,do not fumble.

In repeat sentence, speak more than half of the said words

Retell lecture;note down useful points and when talking,do it naturally and assume you are describing a certain lecture to a friend .

Paraphrase the topic
Summarize the body ,what you can literally see
