Can someone help me understand what this "speed" is? I'm getting low scores while practicing Read Aloud, mostly because of this. But, I'm speaking pretty fastly, if I speak anymore fastly, words will not be understandable.

Hi guys I hope all are doing well so this is for one of my friend. He need just 65 abd he got this score. So he prepared this exam with me what you need to do.
Speaking:
Read aloud: just in normal speed, you do not need to breath again and again please just on full stop try to hold it.If sentence is very big 12-15 words then you can take just small one you need you can not stop properly. If you will practice you will be master Ape uni is best.
Repeat sentence: I told him just go in flow 50-60 % which ever you got just speak it straight away without any pauses.
Describe Images: interesting topic after changes😂 well you do not need to do anything for this one just go with one structure like I provided him The image provide info……..
On X-Axis information provided about….
On Y-Axis data about…..
The highest number …….. followed by …… and …….
The lowest number……. Followed by ….. and …….
Overall image provide information about ……
You have to practice with someone so they can let you know your mistakes.
