We recommend the following two types of users can use one-line strategy:
1. When you use the tip, you can make it perfectly, but you can't read the whole article perfectly. (Perfect is defined as having a good grasp of stress and weakness, reading fluently, pronouncing accurately, and not changing words.)
2. Even if it's not perfect, you do better in one-line of the RA's sentence than in the whole reading.
3. If you meet the above two conditions and are pressed for time, you can use the RA one-line strategy, but you need to take the pearson official mock tests to make sure you can get a satisfactory score when you use that tip.
For practice and exams, we recommend reading aloud the full text unless the above situations are met, the reason are:
a. one-line strategy may be a scoring bug for Pearson and may be corrected, so it is safer to practice the full text
b. Practicing only one-line sentence of an RA is a waste of practice material
c. Practicing the whole text can better develop your sense of rhythm of sentence stress and weak reading
d. Especially for students with poor pronunciation, the error tolerance rate of full-text answers will be higher.
