Yes, as a matter of fact, there is no restriction on adding unlimited words, but students end up wasting a lot of time and as a result, skip questions at the end.

Did your friend use any templates?

If no, any ideas why only extended speaking may be abnormally low?

I doubt that it's micro issue, if short speaking is high.
